Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

If purchased item is proven defective, customer will be refunded promptly upon return of defective item. Refund will include a return of the amount that customer was charged by shipper to return item to ZMI. Returns are only accepted if item is proven defective. Cancellations will be charged a 10% (ten percent) administration fee. The wait times for any refund to post back to buyers card will vary, but your refund will normally be arranged within 24 hours of receipt of defective item. Refund amounts of items purchased by check or money order will be issued in the form of a check from ZMI. A $25.00 processing fee will be charged for checks returned as inssufficient funds.
